The mission of New Brockton High School is to promote an academically rich educational program in a safe environment, which facilities high expectations, positive self-esteem, and mutual respect to enable students to become confident, self-directed, technologically sufficient lifelong learners.

The vision of NBHS is to educate our students in an academically rich, safe learning environment, elevate our students by encouraging positive student-teacher relationships, and empower our students by providing them with the tools they need for success.

New Brockton is situated in Coffee County, which is in the Southeast corner of our beautiful state. This area is known as the Wiregrass, which is a type of grass with a rough texture that grows abundantly here. We are conveniently located just minutes from Enterprise, an hour and a half north of the world's most beautiful beaches, an hour south of Montgomery, and just half an hour west of Dothan. You can benefit from the small town atmosphere, but be well within driving distance to shopping and large city entertainment. The summers here are hot and the winters are mild. We want to ensure all students are successful in all phases of their lives. Any student struggling in any area may be referred to the Building Based Student Support Team (BBSST) for individualized help. Please call 334-894-2350 to refer your child to the guidance counselor.

We believe in addressing the needs of the whole child; healthy relationships among students, parents, educators, and community members; regular stakeholder communication; school-wide discipline system; and instruction that is rigorous, engaging, and unique to the needs of the student.

New Brockton High School is one of five schools that make up the Coffee County School System. NBHS is a 4A school with approximately 446 students in grades 9-12. We are very proud of our small school. We consider ourselves a family, and the collective mindset of the faculty is that each and every child enrolled in our school belongs here. We strive to help all of our students find something in which they can shine. The relationships that our teachers continuously build with the students and their parents is one of the biggest strengths of our school.
